Support-3-Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Conditions
All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been cut or removed, as well as panties and swimsuits where the protective adhesive strip had been removed. Thus items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
1.If the product is returned due to the consumer's personal reasons, the return freight shall be borne by the consumer. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.
2.If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, consumers can return the goods for free without having to bear the shipping cost of the return.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
Please make sure you don't include items not from our items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you..
Please note that we only accept return requests.
If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

How to make a return?
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at shopsuport2026@outlook.com to request the return.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your return request, our customer service representative will email you the return instructions and the return address. Please follow the instructions to process the return.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within 3 business days after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
• Credit card refunds: Between 7-10 business days
• For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
• The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shopsuport2026@outlook.com.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

If you want to cancels the order before the delivery time and within the time specified by the website for canceling the order, the order can be canceled.

If you need to cancel the order, please contact our customer service team immediately within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please note that the order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. We usually process the order within 1-2 days.
