Shipping Fee

Our website currently offers packages to countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, and some other Nordic Countries. For these regions, we we charge $8 for standard shipping; and we provide free shipping for orders over $70. And you also choose the express shipping which costs $15.

Processing Time
It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Shipping Time
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Due to the fast turnaround time of our orders, any address changes, order cancellations or amendments can only be done within 30 minutes of the order being placed. If this time frame has passed, please wait for the order to be shipped, and contact the carrier directly to request a redirection.

Shipping Delay

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.  In other countries other than USA it may take up to 30 days.

We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the time frame as stated on shipping policy.

 Please submit a ticket within 1 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
